Data Deletion Instructions

KhaiDao is operated by Convert X Digital Sole Co., Ltd. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

If you are a Shop owner

1. Remove KhaiDao’s access in Facebook: go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select KhaiDao and choose Remove.
2. Email contact@khaidao.app with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of your Facebook Page.
3. We will confirm your request within 7 days and delete your account data, connected Page data and stored files within 30 days, except records the law requires us to keep.

If you are a customer of a Shop

1. Email contact@khaidao.app with the subject “Data deletion request”, the name of the Facebook Page you messaged, and your name as shown on Facebook. You may also ask the Shop directly.
2. We may ask you to confirm the request from the same Facebook account, so that we delete the right person’s data.
3. We will delete your messages, delivery details and payment slip images within 30 days, except where the Shop or we must keep an order record by law.
