1. Who we are

KhaiDao (“KhaiDao”, “we”, “us”) is a sales assistant for online shops, available at khaidao.app. It is operated by Convert X Digital Sole Co., Ltd, a company registered in the Lao PDR (enterprise registration no. 069666), located at Ban Sokkham, Xaysetha District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.

KhaiDao is used by businesses (“Shops”) to manage conversations and orders on their own Facebook Pages. For the personal data of a Shop’s customers, the Shop decides why the data is processed and KhaiDao processes it on the Shop’s behalf.

2. Data we collect

From Shop owners and staff

• Name and Facebook user ID provided through Facebook Login.
• The list of Facebook Pages you choose to connect, and the access tokens Facebook issues for those Pages.
• Account settings, products, prices and stock you enter in the dashboard.

From customers who message or comment on a connected Page

• Your Page-scoped ID and the public name Facebook provides with your message.
• Messages, images and comments you send to the Shop’s Page.
• Order details such as product codes, quantities and prices.
• Delivery information you provide: name, delivery address and phone number.
• Payment slip images you send, and the amount and reference shown on them.

We do not ask for card numbers or bank passwords, and we do not collect data from Pages that a Shop has not connected.

3. How we use the data

• To reply to customers and send order information and bills on the Shop’s behalf.
• To create, reserve and track orders, and to help the Shop confirm payments.
• To read delivery addresses and payment slips so staff do not have to type them.
• To prepare shipping information for the delivery company the Shop chooses.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Automated processing (AI)

KhaiDao uses an AI model provider (Anthropic) to understand messages, read delivery addresses and read payment slips. The content needed for each task is sent to the provider, which processes it on our behalf under its commercial terms. Shop staff can review and correct the results before an order is shipped.

5. Who we share data with

• Meta Platforms — to receive and send messages and comments on connected Pages.
• Service providers that run KhaiDao for us: hosting (Railway), file storage (Cloudflare) and AI processing (Anthropic).
• Delivery companies chosen by the Shop (for example Anousith, Hung Aloun, Mixay or Unitel) — only the information needed to deliver an order.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

6. How long we keep data

We keep data for as long as the Shop uses KhaiDao and as needed to complete orders and meet legal or accounting obligations. When a Shop disconnects its Page or closes its account, or when a valid deletion request is confirmed, we delete or anonymise the related personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer.

7. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections. Access to Shop data is limited to the Shop’s own accounts and to our staff who need it to run and support the service.

8. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. See Data deletion instructions, or contact the Shop you ordered from. Shop owners can also remove KhaiDao’s access at any time in Facebook settings.

9. Children

KhaiDao is a business tool and is not directed at children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
